Hello, I filling out the I-864 form and because my husband doesn't have enough income, my brother in law is going to help us beeing our sponsor.

We have a couple questions that we hope you can help us:

1. Part 1, as he is going to be our sponsor, the correct answer will be

d. "I am the only joint sponsor"

2. Part 2, its going to be my information (I'm the beneficiary)

3. Part 3, question 8, Do my brother in law check the box for " I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2 above"?

Then does he need to check YES or NO (Applicable only in cases with two joint sponsor)

Question 9, My brother in law is the sponsor of my sister when he filled the application for her 2 years ago for adjustment of status through marriage. She is now a residence. What does he need to answer for this question.
