Advise sought on 2 questions

Greetings to all!

I have been reading the amazing information here and am ready to start putting everything together. I do however have 2 questions

1) it is recommended that boarding passes are included and that receipts from apartments/hotels for the stays should also be included. Unfortunate I have at this point only one boarding pass (my return flight from Simferopol to Kiev) and doubt I can find one from my stay there in 2009 - would copies of the e-ticket be almost as good? As to receipts for lodging I stayed mostly in apartments where i am sure the locals were evading local tax law so no receipts. How critical are these?

2) Jenny is in the process of renewing her internal passport - she lost it. Once that is done she will apply for her external passport. Do you advise begging the filing process while she is getting her external passport or waiting until she has it. I am thinking it would cut 3 months out of the time line if I can go ahead and send in the I-129f while she is waiting for her external passport. But it also looks like Kiev can move fairly quickly once they get the paper work and Jenny has a daughter that will require they will have to get permission or court order. I would hate to have a long wait for her passport mess things up because I moved too fast.

Anyway any and all information welcome!! I suspect that some is this is highly Ukraine specific so Moderators please move this if need!
