They have simply notified you that an officer is working on the case right now. There isnt anything that you can or should do. There isnt much better news you could get other than a notice that the case is forwarded to NVC.

Yes I am Thai. I know how you feel believe me. I have been thru all of what you have & more. My case took 408 days.

It is almost impossible to give you an acceptable answer here. Your case is one of about 2.5 million. Each one goes thru one of the service centers & then on to NVC. Your case may be behind others filed at the same time now only to pass those others at some stage of the process. An RFE for example set my case back 2 months.

The process is long, diffcult & frustrating for everyone. Just keep in mind they are doing the best they can to extend the privilage of immigration thru a legal process. Its because of this process we are allowed to live in the greatest country on earth. There are reasons we want to come here & there is a price to pay. Once we have gone thru the process we find we are protected by the laws & gain the freedom we may not have had in another country.

Your case will get thru NVC fairly quickly compared to USCIS & be forwarded to the embassy. Prepare yourself in every way you can for the cascade of events that happen in the near future. You will see that there is a lot to do in a short time & then you are on your way to a new life.
