Im trying to get an idea of how long it takes the Mumbai embassy to schedule interviews for K1s once the approved petition is in the system (assuming all Packet 3/4 is sent).

I'm trying to gauge our waiting period.

If anyone has gone through the Mumbai embassy lately for their K1, please chime in with your experience.

Thanks so much.

Chigs

According to your timeline, you've still not received your NOA2. Right now, you're looking at a 4-5 month wait at the USCIS to receive an approval of your 129F petition.

Mumbai is pretty quick, once the last packet has been logged you should receive an interview appointment within two to three weeks.

Right now you're looking at an October interview date.

Thanks for the input. I'm a bit at ease now. It seems certain embassies just take forever, I'm glad mumbai is not one of them.
