hi all...just trying to link up with some may filers or any getting ready to file for june...our lawyer has all our docs and should b sending them off next week so we're looking at a early june noa1 date...

we filed for a k1 last year august but in december vsc made an error with our file and we tried everything to get them to fix it but they said we have to refile.we got a lawyer who said that would be our best bet so we got married in april and starting over...

waiting with vjers who have similar timelines is easier i've found so anyone out there who wants to wait with me just hit me up.

Department of Defense or National Interest Situation (Note: Request must come from official United States Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government)

USCIS error

Compelling interest of USCIS
