hi am a wife of undocumented spouse that entered the US in April 2004 and was stopped when a car and was taken to jail and their told if the coyote didn't confess that they would all stay 30 days after that my husband came into the us on June 1st 2004 his been here ever since and we got married in 2006 we got married y 2007 i started immigration processes and we got approved and then we were doing everything with lawyer and the assistant of lawyer stole are money like 600 dollars we took off are case and left alone in-till this year on April 2011 we started again have paid the affidavit support done the i-160 on line and sent a copy of the passport. his case is ciudad juarez at time. we have daughter is almost 4 . how much longer in till get appointment notice and how long after will appointment will be .do i need do my waiver appointment inside us and what is the first second appointment about please help me

you probably don't have a K-3 in play , I have to assume a CR-1 or IR-1, at this point.

At this point, call in to NVC, ask for casefile status.
