i went with my son for an immigrant visa interview in colombia south america the past 13th of may. everything went well regarding my marriage and showing proff of evidence. but the interviewer asked to see some criminal records which were apparently lost in the mail i guess and some court papers. now i have been to court in america philadelphia PA, but i have never been convicted of anything in fact my criminal record is clean. my question is how do i get these court papers? i have all of the other papers ready but all i need is these court papers. i was looking online and i found this form G-639 and i was wondering if this was the correct one to fill out to receive the court papers, and if so how long will it take for me to receive them
