I am from Philippines, and my husband already paid the AOS and IVF fees.

I just read yesterday about Notice of action.

I am so very curious and confused where I can find our NOA's. and how long we need to wait for my medical and interview to be schedule..... are we the one who will schedule my medical and interview?

can anyone experienced this already help me.

The NOA notices are from USCIS and the petitioner would have received them before the case was sent to NVC for processing. Now that your case has reached the NVC and your fees are paid, it will then be sent to the consulate there in the Phillipines. Once the consulate receives the packet, you will be mailed a packet and that will have the instructions for your medical and your appointment for your interview. Congrats! You are almost there.:thumbs:

Thank u Natalie Faye and patiently waiting. .. I am so curious and very confused because my husband called the NVC yesterday and the man he talked with said our papers is there already but no available appointment this month of June. so we are expecting 1st or 2nd week of July. is it really like this? I didn't clear to my husband what that appointment for.... is that for medical and interview appointment?

you can take your medical at st lukes anytime. preferably asap. no appt needed for that. NVC will notify you of your interview date usually around 10-14 days from CC. good luck
