Sometimes they place you in AP (Administrative Processing). That happened to us. I kept calling everyday just to see where it was. It took us almost a month before they finally sent info to the embassy. I know you might not want to hear this but try to have patience. Good luck on your journey!:star:

thank you mrstee, i asked my fiance to call last night and they informed him it was sent off yesterdat, i don't mean to complain sometimes but the waiting is just frustrating and its like your whole life is on hold.

I dont see it as complainning, you are justified to feel the way you do. The process in and of itself its hard enough to deal with and you just needed answers. That's great if your case has moved on to the embassy, now things are going to kick into high gear. Make sure as soon as he starts to work on the police report and non-impediment! Good luck mama!:star:
