How to receive Email from NVC?

Can anyone tell me how to receive email from NVC?

My mom got the approval petition (I-130) and it was written there that it will take 2-3 months for me to receive mail from the Embassy for scheduling of medical and interview?

I want to knnow how to subscribe so that i will be updated what is going on with the processing?

5/13/2011: NVC RECEIVED

5/24/2011: RFE

5/25/2011: RFE SENT

6/02/2011: ADVANCED MEDICAL DAY 1

6/03/2011: ADVANCED MEDICAL DAY 2 PASSED

6/08/2011: SIF

6/09/2011: CC

7/15/2011: 2 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

8/03/2011: INTERVIEW
