i have a couple of questions 1- can the beneficiary still get a visa if the petitioner lose job

2-if the visa is denied can you reapply later

3-if visa is granted but not used and it expires can you get another one

Any help in these matters is and i will be thankful.

1, yes the beneficiary can still get a visa, but you will have to find a cosponsor for the affidavit of support.

2, Yes you can re-apply depending on why it got denied

3, yes in most cases you can get another, but you start the whole process over again and probably under greater scrutiny than before. I would imagine that there would have to be a good reason for not travelling within 6 months of visa being granted.
