CRBA Payment Options?

My bride-to-be and I are expecting our first child in October. I know there are just under $300 USD in fees (with the baby's first passport) to pay, presuming no DNA test is required. Can anyone tell me what method of payment is accepted? Would I be able to use my debit/credit card or would it need to be paid in cash at a bank, similar to the payment policy for the visa fees?

Since nobody either knew the answer or didn't want to reply, I'll post a portion of the reply I received from the embassy in Manila when I wrote to them asking my question. They said:

You can pay for the application on the day of the appointment. The cashier will accept credit card or cash payment in U.S. dollars or Philippine pesos, traveler’s checks and U.S. Postal Service Money Order for the exact amount only.
