hi to all... im actually new here and just about clueless... excuse me... but i've been seeing people say "touched" on their application. where can you check it?

we have received our noa1 last dec. 13, 2010... but im just confused because there's also a notice date (jan. 13, 2011). which should i base? if it was december 13, i should be expecting within this week for my noa2... the wait is endless... it's making me nervous and anxious.

please...anybody kind enough to have the details...i appreciate it.

thank you. godbless!

welcome and enjoy learning.

you can go to the uscis.gov website and register online there. just look down the left side of the page for register online. If you signed up for email and text on your application, you should get email and text through the website. All the "touches" mean is your application was moved from pile "a" to pile "b". It does not mean any processing has taken place, but may have.

best of luck and enjoy the time.

Go to this website: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

Enter the case receipt number included in the NOA1 you received. It's the 13 digit number minus the dashes. You'll see then the actions done on the USCIS side :)

Thank you for the info. I did try to check on the status but it just say "Initial Review". It has been like that for months already. Is something wrong?

Godbless you all for the help! :)
