Woah...you guys are way ahead of me! I finally got my petition approved, September 1st. I will be following your progress as I am so confused as to what to do for NVC.

A couple of questions:

If I am the agent, what are ALL of the documents that my husband needs to send me from France ASAP?

- Police record

- Birth certificate

- Military situation

Which forms does he have to sign and send me?

Do we have to mail in the Agent of choice or do they send you an e-mail?

I don't think we gave them my husband's e-mail....

Interview Date: 2011-12-21 APPROVED!!!!!!!

POE : 2011-12-31

SS card: 2012-1-10

Only the choice of agent and DS-230 needs to be signed by your husband. NVC will mail those forms to you. Hope that helps.
