this is apairing on my uscis case status but there is no e-mail in inbox no hard copy of mail i m like this is weired. LOOK IT THIS= (On April 25, 2011, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of April 25, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. I[/font]f you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283)

This sounds like they accepted your i 130...did you receive your paper noa yet?

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

This sounds like they accepted your i 130...did you receive your paper noa yet?

well they sent me noa 1 on 15 feb.2011 after dat status went on uscis web site on INITIAL REVIEW and now this pop up and no paper no noa 2 nor e-mail now a days i m waiting for 30 days to respond if nothing will come to me.i dont know what is this.

sounds like noa2 approval then........You dont have to wait to call USCIS I bugged them all the time! HAve the petitioner call and if the first person doesnt know ask to speak to a tier 2...you don thave to wait to find out...you can call today...good luck
