i-693 question

hi everyone

I just recently heard about form I-693 .. I already had my medical exam/vaccinations done in Montreal prior to receiving my visa, I also had my AOS done after entering the U.S and received my green card about a year and a half ago but was never asked for form I-693

I am a bit confused as to if I need that form or not .. Do I need to fill that form out and if so, where do I send it ?

ooops nevermind, I think we figured it out .. since my medical exam in Canada was within a year of filing my I-485, then I was not required to file for I-693

All is good , just going bananas sometimes with all these papers .. lol

lol if they needed the 693 from you, you wouldn't have gotten your green card until after you submitted it.

You already AOSd and have the green card so yea no worries but generally its a 50/50 chance that they need the 693 from you.
