I have a question. We had to get a new marriage certificate because, our original had the wrong date of marriage. Right now, NVC has the old marriage certificate, we didn't find the mistake till about 2 days ago. We have both the original and renewed certificates. What can I do to let NVC know that both of the marriage certificates are original? Do I need to get it notarized? When I mail the IV packet, should I send the new marriage certificate or both?

This is an Indian case BTW.

I e-mailed NVC asking about this, but all they said is to send them the AOS and IV package with the supporting documents. That doesn't really answers my question.

Thank you,

Tony
