about father and step father....

I have another 3 questions.....

1. I just found out that i put my step father's information as in G325A...(i should put my father's info, correct? G325A is submitted to USCIS as in teh petion package)

I received P3 and will make sure i out father's info on DS 230! So do i need to prepare a correct G325A just in case for the interview?

2. Do i need to submit a Chinese certificate of no record of marrige registration in Pakage 3? thought it only requires for previous marrige (which i do not have since i am single and never get married before)

3. We decided to submit my fiance's I-134 only in Package 3. But might get his parents' co-sponsor ready for the interview in case. I saw some topic on the forum about deny due to the finance support. He graduate from master last May, had a job for 70K, and now just changed a job and have about the same salary. No owned house, several thousand saving, a car...will this be enough??

1) I think it should be the bio-father. You need to double check it.

2) You can correct the errors any time. At interview is an option. But if you are going to change the name in your DS 230, it is better to submit a revised G325A together with.

3) Your fiancées income is good enough. He should have filed 2010 tax return already and include it in your I-134 with his W2
