So we have our K-1 visa currently in process in Vermont and are about 2-3 months (hopefully less!) away from NOA2. Now my fiance just moved .. and we are afraid his mail will not be forwarded to his new home correctly. So how do I go about notifying USCIS so that any communication is sent to his new address?

And in this crazy life, and through these crazy times
It's you, it's you, you make me sing.
You're every line, you're every word, you're everything.
You're every song, and I sing along.
'Cause you're my everything ...

Do it online. I did that about two months after my NOA1. Would be much easier to do it while your still dealing with USCIS. Sign up for email alerts so you don't really receive any paper mail aside from NOA2.

Good Luck.

USCIS website after you log in with your case number to see status. You'll find an option to change address.

If its the USC they would go to the USCIS website and fill out a change of address form then call USCIS and notify them on the phone as well.

If its the foreign person then they would have to call USCIS and notify of the change of address because if they are not living in the USA it seems you cant fill out the forms. (unless they fixed it recently) Because the forms ask for state and zip codes etc.

Make sure to sign up for mail forwarding so the mail will be forwarded to the new address for a while.

Sorry, I guess I should have said he was the Canadian immigrant fiance in this process.

So you are saying he should call USCIS himself now, before the application goes any further?
