My fiance was at school for 2 years' master. But had a well paid job for 1 year before that, and a well paid job after graduated for 10 months, and now having another same level job (only about 2 weeks interval between the previous job). He went to the Congressman's office and they suggested us to consider a co-sponsor since he just changed a job, and was at school (so no income) 10 months ago.

1. His income is stable (except the time he was at school), above 125% line. Do we really need a co-sponsor? (interview will be in Sydney).

2. His parents agreed to be the sponsor. But they are self-employed and will take another 2-3 weeks to gather all the support documents from them. We already received Pkt 3.

3. Can we submit my fiance's I134 and all other supporting documents first. (then Embassy could start issuing us the interview date). and meanwhile we getting his parents' co-sponsor docs ready. I will take co-sponsor's to the interview just in case they ask for co-sponsor?

Many thanks!!!

I personally think it is better to be over prepared than under prepared. If you have someone willing to co-sponsor and you are worried about being denied based on what you do have, I would bring co-sponsor information just in case.

It sounds like you have enough, but better to be safe than sorry.

Good luck!!!
