Hi, Everyone,

That has been while that I was on the site, Hope everyone be lucky to get your NOA2 soon.

But we have one issue, canada u.s consulate need to obtain Police Certificate from Netherlands and New Zealand for my Fiancee be her behalf, she did ask how long could be, But consulate just said we will let you know as soon when we get information back, But Now that processing has been 3 weeks, we haven't hear anything yet from Consulate, Because she had been NZ for two years and she came canada from Netherlands, Who has experienced about that and know how long could be?

Thanks.

Frank

Hi there, I am in NZ so requested my police certificate from here - they were pretty efficient at this end and only took about 7 days, but allowing for extra time to send it to the consular office over there, someone else may be able to help you more.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

My canadian spouse also needs a police certificate from The Netherlands too. i requested that NVC request it and gave them the information on April 9th and haven't heard anything else about it either. "Love&Live"... at what point in the process did you request yours?? Part of me is worried I requested it too soon (I requested it while we did the I-864 forms and AOS documents because I knew it would take a little while) but now I wonder if I should've waited until we sumbitted the online DS-260 (which we are hoping to send in next week once we have his local police certificate ready to scan).

Please reply if and when you find anything more out because I, too, am curious as to how long it might take.

Good luck and I hope we both hear something soon!
