hey,first off please no comments with ur opinions on our situation....really not going to help.

anyway we got married about a week ago and my wife is 17 and im 21.

shes american and im just starting the adjustment of status from a k-1.

anyway we cant work out if gaurdianship passes over to me (her husband) as im 21 or if it stays wit her parents?

any ideas?

Depending on the laws of the state you are living in, she may be emmancipated. I know this is the case in Nebraska. You should check the laws in your state.
