Hi all,

So I am gathering documents for my fiancee since we have been approved. My questions:

1. Will it matter if the I-134 is dated 1-2 months before his interview? If I send the stuff now it wont be another month (optimistically) till he gets an interview.

2. How many pay stubs should I include? I get paid bi-weekly so I get two a month....?

I am worried, because I dont want to have the stuff I send him outdated by the time he gets the interview.

Last question for now....what is it he needs to make sure he gets at the medical (that is used for the AOS)?

Don't worry about the date for the 134 they know that people have to send these things by mail so you can get that done and send that off next month and as you are paid bi weekly like my husband we sent 6 so 3 months worth or you can do 6 months 12 stubs.

The medical is pretty straight forward he just needs to have all his vaccinations up to date so get him to go to the local doc and have a serology test done to see if he needs any boosters depending on how old he is. Once you have that and the medical it's all you need for AOS,
