there were boarding passes as well as booking conformations with both our complete passports with stamps to show we had both been in each others countrys and the dates on our passports match the ticket conformation

however the passports were in black and white would this be an issue ???

we are going through all our paperwork again to see if we can find more infromation to send

we were thinking of sending colour copys of our passports some tickets and photos from this christmass that she spent in ireland with my familiy and friends as well as some of the information we all ready sent with a very detailed time line

any suggestions are very welcome

What you've got there sounds good. You might want to consider organizing it in such a way so that all the passports, tickets and photos of one visit go together... So it is very clear to your adjudicator that on this particular visit (demonstrated by these passport stamps/flight information) you visited these places, and used your credit card at this ATM etc etc...

As I guess you've gathered from page 1, the key is the passport stamps, boarding passes, and receipts that place you in each other's countries. If pictures support that key evidence, include them, but they're not looking at the pictures to make sure your relationship is loving enough - they just need to establish that you have met in person in the last 2 years so focus on that.

As suggested by another, make sure that the relevent items are clipped together. Could be they took the passport copy to be submitted as proof of citizenship. Copies of "tickets" are not proof. Show copies of boarding passes. Black and white copies are fine.

Youi say she visited your "family". Does that include you? If not, it is irrelevent to the petition. Do not take the chance of confusing them with irrelevent stuff. You DO NOT have to prove a relationship at this stage, you only have to prove you two have been together, in person, at least once within the two years prior to submitting the petition.

If you say you met her in Germany (for example) on January 3, 2011 then include boarding passes for your flight there, passport stamps for your entry (not the whole passport, just THAT entry) and boarding passes for your return. If that verifies you WERE in Germany on that date, and you have some photos or other evidence...you are good to go.
