Quick Questions about Tax Transcripts

I am about to request one from the IRS through email. My fiancee is a contractor; what form should I request for?

Also, is this free? Im thinking of just filling this out for him, I have his SSN.

IRS transcripts are free.

Its not a form, its sheets of the tax return summed up. Ask for a few copys so you have some extras in case something gets lost but also for further down the line as well when you need them again.

If you want them sent to you, he will have to fill out the form and send it in. If you want them sent to him, then he can just go online and they will be sent directly to him. He has to make the request himself.

Yes, but he will have to fill it out and send it in. I don't know if they will send it to a foreign address.
