Submitting Packet 4 to VFS

Hi friends -

Our interview in Mumbai is scheduled for May 2, finally!

One question though: when are we supposed to submit all the supporting documents to VFS?

Packet 4 says this:

ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT YOUR NEAREST VFS OFFICE (SEE

ATTACHED SHEET) NO EARLIER THAN TEN (10) WORKING DAYS AND NO LESS

THAN SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR INTERVIEW. FAILURE TO SUBMIT

YOUR DOCUMENTS BY TEN WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

MAY RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR INTERVIEW DATE.

EXCEPTION: Applicants submitting documents to VFS Kolkata should do so FIFTEEN

(15) WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE INTERVIEW

The above statement is confusing to say the least

First point of confusion: what is a working day? Do they mean to count only Monday-Friday, so for Kolkata that means we have to submit all the documents 3 weeks before the interview date?

Also some more questions, but the working days is probably the biggest uncertainty.

1) Does working days include or exclude holidays?

2) There is no range for Kolkata, so it has to be exactly 15 days right? Or is it ok to submit it a couple of days before, or after?
