i have a question regarding I-864 for my mom and dad. And i know that i need to fill out 2 sets of Form I-864 for each one of them. these are the following questions that confuses me. so, i need some help.

PART 3. INFORMATION ON THE IMMIGRANTS YOU ARE SPONSORING:

#9. In this question, Do i have to check the box and enter my mom or dad's name (vice-versa)in the column??

--it confuses me coz it says "DO NOT INCLUDE ANY RELATIVE LISTED ON A SEPARATE VISA PETITION"

PART 6. SPONSOR'S INCOME AND EMPLOYMENT.

#23. My current individual income is $_____. (is this the income that i made myself alone in 2010)?

#24. Since, I'm using co-sponsor who is my husband, do i have to put his own income too of 2010?

---additional question: my husband was withdrawing partial unemployment and w/draw his 401K in 2010 for some reason. do i have to add his income + partial unemployment + 401K together and write the total amount as an income in question #24b?

Last question: Does the co-sponsor (husband) need to complete 2 separate forms I-864A for each applicant or just one (1) I-864A for both of them????

you need a separate form for each so put each of their names only once.

co-sponsors fill out their own form i864A so don't include his income on your form (this will show in his form).

yes, co-sponsor fills out a separate form for each.

since, I am petitioning both parents (mom and dad) my question in the form I-864 is:

PART 3. INFORMATION ON THE IMMIGRANTS YOU ARE SPONSORING:

#9. In this question says. I AM SPONSORING THE FOLLOWING FAMILY MEMBERS IMMIGRATING THE SAME TIME OR WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF THE PRINCIPAL IMMIGRANT NAMED IN PART 2 ABOVE. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY RELATIVE LISTED ON A SEPARATE VISA PETITION.

Now, my question is: do i have to put my mom or dad's name in the box (vice-versa) in the separate I-864 form??? coz it just make me confuse.

i need a solid answer.

Thanks

You don't put anything on Part 3. #9 question. It say's "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition".

On Part 3. #8, make sure you put a check on box "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above" and put a check on "YES".

Yes, but it seems like the form I-864 is going to be included in the package sent to my mom in Brazil.

Is this form going to be taken to the interview or we will need to mail it somewhere else first?

I wanted to know if I really need to wait for her to receive the package to have that filled out and sent to her, and if there's even any advantage on printing the form online, attatching the necessary documents and sending it to her now. I just got the first petition approved on Sep 11th and it should be a few weeks until she receives her package.

Thanks
