There's quite a number of apartelles or serviced apartments in Makati or Pasay that will suit your needs and budget. They have daily/weekly/monthly rates. Try Googling "apartelle," "hostel," "serviced apartments" in those locations.

Condo rentals will typically require at least one month deposit and 1 to 2 months advance and the cheaper business hotels would still probably cost you more than P10K for a month's stay.

Try to search at VRBO Philippines. There are a couple of condos offering reasonable prices monthly or weekly. Have a great Vacation.

Daily only? Anyway, the place where I'm staying now accepts daily or monthly anyway but it is really nice. It's in Sta. Monica St. Pasay City. One ride to St. Luke's (8pesos if jeepney).

Casa Blanca I, Adriatico Street, Ermita, Tel. 5238251, Fax: 5260466, they do not have a website, but a friend of mine is stayed there before... he pays 14,410 per month... you just walk to the st. luke's and embassy... robinson adriatico entrance is just across the street.

10K peso a month im sure you can easily rent something. Just let your girl do the talking while you hide off distance, so you dont get the "American tax"

Things did not work out with me going to visit her again. I wish I could, but money is a bit tight, so we're going to save the money for our honey moon. This apartment will be just for Cynthia and her daughter. It is difficult having them stay with Cynthia's sister in Alabang, so I only wish they could stay in an apartment instead. Thanks.

We want to stay for at least 2 weeks so we dont need to go back in the Province. I want my medical and interview done on one trip. Whats the name of the place you stayed at now? Do they have a website so I can check it myself? How much is the rate?
