I was a bit confused about this EAD, I have already my green card and my SS. Do I still need to apply for EAD for me to be able to get a job here in US?

No you dont have to worry about the EAD card in fact since you came in on IR1/CR1 you dont have to worry about EAD/AP once you have the greencard you are good to go.....No worries :thumbs:

You dont need EAD since you already have your GC.

Your green card is all u need for u to work legally.EAD is only for those who wants to work but no gc yet. so they use this while waiting.

At the back of your GC, it clearly states: "The person indentified by this card is authorized to work (and reside) in the U.S."

As others have said, all you need is your GC.
