When my Mexican fiance's visa is approved, he is supposed to choose a DHL (what do those letters stand for?) office for the consulate to send his passport/visa to. My question is this: Does he have to select a DHL office in Juarez, Mexico where he will be having his interview, or can he choose a DHL office in his hometown of Cozumel? Would Cozumel even have a DHL office.. I have no idea what a DHL office is. He is not crossing the border.. he will be flying from Cozumel to the states after the visa is approved. hello to all soon i will be in juarez but to my knowledge once you get the ok for visa they send it too dhl which is a delivery service for immigration and in juarez mexico only to what i read there are two locations there you choose which is closer to you i dont think they send it to where you would like anyways its kinda better to get it at juarez dhl cause if they misspell anything you gots to go all the way back to juarez to fix the issue..when our time comes to go juarez im alreay getting ready to stay there about a week or two...i dont want tooo but theres no other choice we traveling 16 hours to get there :angry:

You have 2 choices, pick a DHL in a nearby city, or have it go to DHL in Juarez. Things all changed march 1st 2011. You have to select DHL location BEFORE interview, when you schedule the appts. check out this forum:
