I am the winner of the DV Lottery and I went to my final interview on Feb 24 2011.

Unfortunately the doctor who performed my medical exam did not fill our the I-693 correctly

and they gave me statement saying I need to turn in a new I-693 by March 27th 2011.

The immigration office said after that I should receive an approval notice and green card in the mail.

I sent the new I-693 on Feb 28th 2011 and they received it on Feb 28th.

It has been 4 weeks since then and I have still not received any confirmation or approval

letter from them.

What are my options? How long should I wait before setting up an infopass appointment?

Should I send the I-692 again?

Please help.

Thank you!

Give it some time, it's only been 4 weeks. They have many applications to process, it's not like they take care of your application the minute it gets there :)
