I previously read that you could expedite a visa after 6 months of waiting after the NOA 1 (with out recieving a NOA2). Could someone please let me know the steps on how to do this??? Cause I can't wait any longer without her... :( This is rediculous we all have to wait sooo long.

Thanks, Aaron

you need to call USCIS and get to a tier 2 ISO and have them put in a service request (that may take a few tries)

then contact all of your senators and congressman and fill out their privacy release forms or whatever u need to do and tell them ur situation and have them look into your case

You dont necessary need to wait the 6 months after your NOA1. Personally, my husband and I we expedite one month after we receive the NOA1. In less than two weeks we had our expedite approve and after a week later our NOA2 arrived. In other words, we had like a month and a half for our NOA2. Obviously, you had to have serious and hard reasons for your expedite like medical issues, illness etc.
