Sorry, I should have used the word "dependent" and not "spouse". In any event..... you are adjusting from a work-based visa. Marrying a US citizen does not change the type of visa you are here on.

Thats alright, im aware marrying a usc wont change your type of of visa but its more understandable now because I thought since my visa was thru my parent it would be a family base but it makes sense now, thanks for clearing it, will be posting topics here from now on :)

May 20,2011 I-485 touched/updated

May 27, 2011 Email/txt EAD Card Production

June 1, 2011 Email/txt notification for AOS Interview

June 3, 2011 Email notification EAD Card was mailed

June 7, 2011 EAD Card Received

July 6, 2011 AOS Interview *APPROVED*
