Evidence of bonifide marriage

I am now assembling my package for I-130 and am unsure what to send for the Evidence of Bonifide marriage.

I have pics from our civil wedding. We do not have any bank accounts etc... yet as we were just married 2/14/2011. Any suggestions would be helpful.

ummm the marriage certificate is the biggest thing you need. Some pictures of the wedding are good too. Provide what you can. If you had any invitations made, send those too. Most people dont have much evidence. Just keep good chat logs, phone records and make another trip if you can before the interview. There isnt much needed for the USCIS stage.

OK, it was civil wedding so there are no invites. Perhaps I should get affidavit from my brother and mother? I have pics.We use Skype, I will see if they have records

make 3 affidavits..particularly not your parents but persons who knew about your on-going relationship and persons who were present at your wedding day..and also have an attorney to notarize these affidavits..

I wouldn't worry too much about what you don't have; just share what you do. The pics from the wedding are a good idea. I included copied photos from the entire span of our relationship (just a couple of course). Chat, phone logs are good like others have been mentioning. I had about 5 affidavits in my package. Three from my mom and parents-in-law. And then from two other friends who know me and my husband and where at the wedding.
