Hello,

I am confused about question#25.

My mother has sponsored my grandmother who is not resided in USA. We now have to fill out Form I-864. My mom is not working so she has $0 income, but she files tax with my dad. Her son-in-law has income above poverty line so he is going to fill out the form too. my question is what would she put as her income in question#25? She did file the tax with her husband who is self employed. would his income be used?

I hope it makes sense to you all what I am trying to say.
