I've completed my 2010 taxes...prepping for i 864 and gathering all documentation...

In 2009 I more than made enough to reach and go above the 125% poverty line because I was working 2 jobs and 7 days weekly...

at the end of the year due to medical issues and personal reasons I found a job that was very close to the amount I made previously... my employer letter states I worked for 13.50 per hour monday thru friday 9am-5:30pm...

My paystubs reflect this but it doesnt say anything about the federal holidays my bank is closed and I dont' receive pay for those days yet...so my question is this:

When completing the i 864 do I use those hours deducting the holidays to giv it accurate income?

Also I include child support and income from another source which currently leaves me lacking @ 700 dollars... I will include plenty of asset to cover the loss..

I also wonder about last years tax return being a thousand over the amount verses the now...700 short...will that have an effect on our decision and will I need to include a letter saying I took a job so that I didnt work 7 days a week along with my current letter saying how i figured my income?thanks...
