Timeline

ok i know my kids are included in the I129f forms but are there seperate things i need to do to bring my children with me,iknow they need medical etc do they have to be present at interview? they are 8 and 9and i guess we do seperateI130 once we are in the u.s.or is it seperate adjustment of status forms for them?i'm stressing hubby out right now he sayslets not discuss this for a few days. so i'll voice my questions concerns and advice to others on here thanks for all the replies so far

The kids need everything individually from K3 visa application, to I-130 petition, to adjustment or immigrant visa application. The only thing they don't need of their own is I-129f petitions to qualify to apply for K visas.

Much of their supporting documentation can be duplicates of what you use for your own supporting documentation, and their submissions can be made concurrent with yours, but they do need their own submissions.
