intending immigrant assets

hi friends i am trying to get a co-sponsor but doesnt look to good, anyway my question is can intending immigrants assets be use with my income on AOS? my sister owns real state and bank account. again they are 7 immigrants, and between me and my wife income 2010 was only around $45,000, what should i do? one more question since i am the petioner i must put all the intending immigrants on my AOS form right or i only put some of them on mine and the rest on my co-sponsor spose if i get one co-sponsor. for example with my income $45,000 i can sponsor 4 immigrants povertiyline says $36,912 for 6.i so can only sponsor 4 ppl sinice i am married. help needed please

The intending immigrants' assets cannot be used.

The petitioner must list all intending immigrants on his or her I-864. The petitioner is always responsible for all the intending immigrants. You cannot choose to do only four. If you choose to do only four, then only those four can immigrate.

The joint sponsors can list some of the intending immigrants. However, the joint sponsors collectively must list all the intending immigrants.

ok so the pettioner list all the immigrants on AOS right but joint sponsor can list as many immgrants who he/she sponsring. my 7 family member if i dont find somone who can sponsor all 7ppl,than i can have upto two joint sponsor right mybe 1st one can sponsor 4ppl and the 2nd joint sponsor list the rest of the 3ppl. however the income reqirment has to macth from I-864P please let me know i am on the right track thanks

That's right. Read the instructions for form I-864.

ok so co-sponsors can they be from diffrent household or they have to be the same household. for example 1st joint sponsor my friend with 4 immigrants on his AOS. 2nd joint sponsor my cusion 3 immigrants on his AOS? m i ok to do that ?

It doesn't matter if the two joint sponsors are from the same household or not.

As long as your two cousins are reporting their separate income, it should be fine.
