They should send her an email containing her appointment letter if she's having issues getting that letter like most of us here encountered she should just send an email to this link IVManilaReplies@state.gov and ask for a copy of her appointment letter. They usually take 3 business days before they reply to your email. But they are very very very reliable Good luck and wishing you a faster process

My fiancee did get her appointment letter......2 weeks after her interview! The Philippine post office is spotty at best.

This is what I did. You will get both a letter and confirmation email from the embassy. I simply forwarded her the email and scanned the letter and emailed to her as well. She just went to a internet cafe and printed these out to use at St lukes and entering USEM. She had no issues or problems with either.
