Firstly I-134 is not filed with the I-129F, it is needed later at the visa interview at the US consulate, MOVING this to the Embassy/Consulate forum. You WILL find HUNDREDS of questions about the I-134

NON-Immigrant visas like K-Visas use I-134 at the time of visa interview.. And later use I-864 when adjusting status in the USA.

I-864 is for Immigrant "green-card" visas, and for Adjustment of Status, for applying for a Green-Card. I-864 is for green-cards.

The consulates treat I-134 like a "light I-864" so prefer the same evidence attached to it as you would an I-864.
