Traveling from Mexico to the US on a tourist VISA - Question...?

Someone wants me to lend them my Arizona address to apply for a tourist VISA. However, they're not planning to visit me, they're planning to travel to Colorado for work. What implications (if any) will I have to deal with if they get caught in a different state and for a different purpose than they had stated?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Well in first place you will be equally responsible for the crime/fraud. As you know they are travelling for work and are not tourist and yet they are applying for tourist visa.

If and when they get caught, you could be questioned and more as if you have helped anyone like this in past, also it depends on what is your status in US.

Personally I would stay away from such kind of frauds.
