OK so there is not a dhl office anywhere near me so I was wondering do I HAVE to use them to send in my forms to the embassy? Or can I use expresspost?

Also when they are sending me the P3 and P4 will that come to me through dhl or regular mail?

Theres a grand and toy in downtown toronto that deals with dhl that I could easily get to but they're not listed on the list of dhl locations that appear on the list when you're choosing you location.

So confusing. Its strange how they choose a courier service that has so few service locations.

Because Canada post was losing peoples government documents and passports. Also people were getting mail that was destroyed and missing items from the Montreal embassy when they were getting their visa packets back.

DHL is all they use now for security and safety but you might be able to FEDEX them. You will have to select a DHL location that is listed to go pick up your visa package from after the interview, they do not deliver it.

I sent my packet 3 to Montreal using Xpresspost. It was signed for and I have received packet 4. You can send your packet 3 via Xpresspost, however you MUST pick a DHL location for your visa to come back to you.
