Divorced and now remarried

HI there,

This is my situation if anybody can advice us. I met my first wife in US in October 2005. We kept being in touch through internet, me in Parma Italia and her in Miami. Then I decided to move with her in May 2006. So I entered the US via a student visa where I graduated. We got married in November 2006 and then things weren't going that well We filed our first case in december 2006 but our application was denied because of a big lack of evidence, which is something we did not know. The lease and bank account and everything else were under my name because of her really bad credit..... Because of the deny, I have been sent to the Immigration court, So we hired an attorney who told us to reapply which is something we did.

After all these bad luck on my back, I began to see that my wife still was seeing her ex-boyfriend and moved back with him . As I was so upset, I divorced her on mars 2008. The court entered our marriage against my ex wife for "cruelty".

After that, I met a fantastic woman who help me and support me a lot with these troubles. I went back by myself to face the immigration court an I choosed the volunteer departure and left the country as indicated whithout any bar. But I left with my girlfiend who is a us citizen in my hometown in Italy, we got married in July 2009, we had a nice wedding. We are about to apply for a permanent card but, because of my first bad experience, we have a big fear about what would happen !!!!

If anyone can suggest us any idea or experience, you are welcome.
