waiting RFE after interview...

-Married to an USC.

-Overstay on tourist visa.

I had my interview 20 days ago and the IO told me to wait for a RFE and 20 days have passed, I have called to inmigration and they were to contact the office where I had my interview and they gave a confirmation number...

I'm afraid because all the things I have read are about that they deny after they ask for a RFE and you send that to them...are there any case with succeed after something like this?

what they need is the w-2 from my husband.

Schedule an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office where you had your interview. You need to speak to someone face to face if you want to solve your problem.

06-02-2017 - N-400 package mailed to Dallas Lockbox

06-06-2017 - Credit card charged; received text and email confirming that application was received and NOA is on its way

06-10-2017 - Received NOA letter from NBC dated 06-05-2017

06-16-2017 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter for 06-28-2017

01-19-2018 - Interview Letter sent

02-27-18 - Interview and Oath Ceremony. Finally US CITIZEN!
