USCIS website says 5 months time.

USCIS website clearly says the processing time as 5 months, i think the reason it says 5 months instead of a specific priority date is since it is able to process majority of applications in 5 months or less than that time frame. looks like some people are passing this 5 month mark due to the CSC to TSC debacle. That is how I see it and still hopeful that the time-line is valid for majority of applicants.
