I have submitted affidavit of support for my wife, now my sister won a lottery.

Question: Now I need to provide second affidavit for my sister, will that cause any problems for my wife?

Congrats to your sister. You would basically be having 2 dependents. As long as you make above the poverty line for a family of 3, you should be fine.

You do not need to amend the one you have already filed, since it came first before your sister's. However, there is a provision to answer if you are already supporting someone else, which you should note when the time comes for your sister's.
