From what I've been reading in other K1 threads today, it seems that VSC is releasing more approvals. After I saw this I went to the USCIS online case status (as I didn't receive an email) and found that both our children's I-130 IR2 petitions have been approved on 1/25. I hope that your patience will be rewarded soon!

10/25/10 I-130 mailed to Chicago lockbox
10/28/10 NOA1 receipt (& priority) date
10/29/10 Enotification received
11/1/10 Check cashed, NOA1 postmarked
11/5/10 NOA1 received, Case status online
1/25/11 NOA2 case status online (no email)
1/28/11 NOA2 hardcopy received in mail postmarked 1/27/11
1/28/11 NVC email with Kyla's IID & AOS bill
1/31/11 NVC email with Kevin's IID & AOS bill
2/5/11 Sent DS3032 email to NVC appointing father as agent
2/11/11 NVC sends email acceptance of DS3032 to mother
2/14/11 NVC sends father email IV bill
2/24/11 NVC sends mother notices in mail
2/7/12 Pay NVC $88 AOS fee online, shows PAID 2/8
2/9/12 Print out AOS cover sheet, emailed AOS package
2/11/12 Mailed AOS package
2/16-7/12 NVC emailed RFE checklist for 2011 ITR
2/28/12 NVC emailed approval of mailed AOS, waiting for IV fee payment
4/12 NVC emailed new IID & IV bill for reduced amount

4/27/13 NVC emailed termination letter, last contact 4/21/12
5/1/13 emailed & mailed request to resume & COA
5/14/13 NVC emails AOS & IV bills, 5/21 arrive in mail

7/29/15 NVC emailed termination letter

7/31/15 emailed & mailed request to resume

8/31/15 NVC emails & mails AOS & IV bills

4/7/16 Pay NVC IV bills $325x2 fee online for DS-260s
