I-134 and proof of income...best bets?

Getting encouraged knowing that others also petitioning for their Chilean fiances are getting moved to the embassy so soon! Since I expect an approval now that I corrected my RFE mistakes, I am thinking ahead to the I-134. Based on those with experience, what should be sent to verify the income of the sponsor(s). The instructions state 3 different things, bank account info, letter from employer, and tax returns. Should all of these things be sent, or will one or two of these suffice?

Tax returns with w2s or transcripts, and pay stubs is all we included.

To Inky, did you provide for one year or three years? Which consulate did you apply to?

3 years we sent transcripts for 2 and then tax return and W2 for the newest year.

Included 8 pay stubs leading up to the interview date month.
