She will have to tell the doctor, and tell him the medications shes on if any. If she is on medications she will also need a note from her regular doctor about the medications.

what if shes not going to tell doctor?she just think it will cost her more to have a hepa profile test.she ain't look sick.,she is physically fit and looks very healthy woman. she found out last 2004. she haven't undergo medication.she lives like nothings wrong with her. not until now that she gonna have medical for K1 visa.

Hepatitis B indicates that a person is highly contagious or infectious to others. Positive that my wife and stepdaughter were tested for that, You have to find a USCIS approved medical doctor that will fill out a required I-693 form where an immigrant is tested for all communicable diseases. So your cousin doesn't have to lie. Filing the I-693 is free, but paying the doctors fee for all these tests is not. Maybe her health insurance will cover this, mine would not, was a major expense. They don't cover FAA medical exams either and have to find an FAA medical approved doctor.
