They have been known to issue a visa and later call and say dont bother using it, we chaged the decision.. case being sent back to US

that would stink.

Do you one better, saw one in China, "Approved pink" only to go to pick up passport and visa a few days later, and get passport and WHITE slip DENIED! That one was unique, the beneficiary had committed visa fraud with Canada, and the US consulate learned about this just after giving out the pink.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
